    Review priorities and drafts

    See active threads, waiting items, and draft replies in one place.

  4. Step 4

    Tune each mailbox

    Set controls per mailbox and adjust behavior over time.

  • Open your dashboard and review what changed.
  • Handle high-priority threads first.
  • Review and send drafts you approve.
  • Adjust mailbox settings as workload changes.
